Mary Terp will facilitate a workshop in which you will dive deep into your own experiences and desires to understand what you really want out of your life with horses. You’ll articulate those equestrian ambitions and SMART goals to achieve them. \n\n\n\nAbout Mary:  Mary Terp\, Associate Vice President of Human Resources for United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley\, has been leading staff engagement and organizational development for more than 20 years.Mary is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. She holds a dual bachelor’s degree from DeSales University in Human Resources Management and Management of Information Technology. Mary is a graduate of the NCC Leadership Lehigh Valley program (class of 2015). She is a Certified Professional Behavioral and Motivators Analyst with TTI Success Insights using the DISC language model. Most recently\, in 2022\, Mary completed the Diversity and Inclusion Certification program from Cornell University.Mary spends her free time working on home renovations with her husband Mike and gardening. She’s an avid equestrian\, having spent several decades riding endurance with her sister Sandy. In 2020 Mary partnered with her Morgan mare Disco Danaka who boards and trains with Natasha Rutherford at Sterling Hill Stables.
