The OVCTA’s Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet was held March 7th, 2025, at the Spring Hollow Golf Club in Spring City, PA. Speaker Scott Sensenig, a representative from LAPS (Large Animal Protection Society) in West Grove, PA, spoke about the PA cruelty law regarding large animals.
